United Way; Community Outerwear - How you can help "BE the 1"

United Way of Olmsted County is still very much in need of volunteers for the Community Outerwear drive. There are two ways you can help:

1. Donate
3,283 individuals have requested coats, 1,602 of those are children and youth (2-17 years of age). To-date we have received 550 infant, toddler and youth coats. You are needed! Clean out your closets and donate your gently used and clean coats that no longer fit or winter outerwear items that are in good condition but no longer needed. Bring your donations to any of the Dison's Cleaners & Launderers locations or United Way of Olmsted County (903 West Center Street, Suite 100, Rochester) on or before Tuesday, October 18th. If you don't have a new or gently coat - we accept cash, credit card or check gifts to purchase locally! Thanks for supporting United Way and your community! Visit www.uwolmsted.org to volunteer or learn more! Thanks for living united!

2. Volunteer. Below are the volunteer needs. Please consider taking some time out of your schedule and volunteer for an hour. I'm looking at a night to go help. Let me know if you're interested in joining me.
